Hey team, Sam here. 

I'm Samuel Wride, and I am about to represent the Green and Gold at the World Buhurt championships.  If you are not familiar with Buhurt it is medieval MMA, in armour with swords - This is not choreographed, this is as real as it gets. Checkout my handiwork here.
